Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 5, 2026

Claim Atlas ("we", "us") takes privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It's written in plain English because we're tired of legal boilerplate too.

What we collect

Account information you provide: name, email, company name, phone number, and password (hashed, never stored in plain text). Claim data you create inside the product: claims, photos, notes, reports, time entries, and expenses.

How we use it

To run the service — authenticate you, display your claims, generate your reports, send you transactional emails, and process payments via Stripe. We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on your claim content.

Who we share it with

Only the vendors required to operate the service: Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Resend (email). Each has a strong privacy track record and signs data processing agreements with us.

Your rights

Export your data at any time from the billing portal. Delete your account at any time — your data is removed after a 30-day grace window. Contact [email protected] for any request.

Security

TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, daily encrypted backups, 2FA available on every account, tenant-isolated storage, and audit logging on admin actions.
