Billing & Plans
Claim Atlas offers three plans designed for different team sizes. All plans include the full feature set — the only difference is the number of users (seats) included.
Plans
- Solo — $99/month (or $999/year, save $189). 1 user. Perfect for independent adjusters working on their own.
- Team — $79/user/month (or $799/user/year). 2–10 users. For small IA firms with a few adjusters.
- Firm — $69/user/month (or $699/user/year). 11–25 users. For growing firms. Includes custom branding (logo + brand colors).
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. Use the full app with all features unlocked. Near the end of your trial, you'll see a prompt to add a payment method to continue.
Managing your subscription
Go to Settings → Billing to:
- View your current plan and next billing date
- Update your credit card
- Download invoices
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Cancel your subscription
The billing portal is powered by Stripe, so your payment information is handled securely and never touches our servers.
What happens when you cancel
If you cancel, you'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account enters read-only mode — you can still log in and view your data, but you can't create new claims or upload files. Your data is preserved for 90 days in case you decide to come back.
Adding seats
On Team and Firm plans, you can add users up to your plan's seat limit. If you need more seats than your current plan allows, upgrade to the next tier from the billing page. Billing is prorated — you only pay the difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
Founding customer pricing
Our first 10 customers receive founding pricing at $49/user/month, locked for life. If you signed up as a founding customer, that rate never changes regardless of future price increases.
