Settings & Branding

The Settings page lets admins configure company information, manage users, and customize the look and feel of the app.


Company information

Your company name, phone number, email, and address appear in report headers, letterheads, and system-generated emails. Update these anytime from Settings → Company Info.

Custom branding (Firm plan)

Firm-plan customers can customize the entire app to match their brand:

  • Logo — upload your company logo. It appears in the app header, sidebar, and report headers. Recommended size: at least 200×200 pixels, PNG or JPG.
  • Brand color — pick a color using the color picker or enter a hex code (e.g., #1C7293). The app generates a full color palette from your choice — buttons, links, highlights, and accents all update to match.

Branding is set during onboarding but can be changed anytime from Settings.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

For extra security, enable two-factor authentication on your account. Claim Atlas supports TOTP-based 2FA with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.). Once enabled, you'll need your authenticator code plus your password to log in.

You can also mark devices as "trusted" so you don't need the code every time on your main computer or phone.

Session management

View all active sessions (logged-in devices) from Settings → Security. If you see an unfamiliar session, you can revoke it immediately.
