Claim Atlas

Reports

Claim Atlas generates professional carrier reports directly from your claim data. No more copying and pasting between Word docs and your notes — the report pulls everything together automatically.

Generating a report

Open a claim and click Generate Report. You'll see two options:

  • Carrier report — the formal report you submit to the insurance company. Includes all standard sections (assignment, origin, damages, estimate, coverage, etc.).
  • Internal report — a shorter summary for your own records.

Report sections

Carrier reports follow the industry-standard format that carriers expect:

  1. Assignment
  2. Origin
  3. Recovery
  4. Environmental
  5. Insured Property
  6. Coverage
  7. Underwriting
  8. Damages
  9. Estimate
  10. Salvage
  11. Reserves
  12. Subrogation
  13. Remarks

Each section has a placeholder that guides you on what to write. Fill in the sections that apply and leave the rest blank — they won't appear in the final output.

Company letterhead

Reports automatically include your company name, phone, email, and address in the header. These are pulled from your company settings (set during onboarding or in Settings). Firm-plan customers also see their logo in the report header.

Printing and exporting

Click Print to send the report to your printer or save as PDF via your browser's print dialog. The report is formatted for standard letter-size paper with professional typography and clear section breaks.
